A Special Day for 100 Orphans in Northern Syria

In cooperation with the Japan Islamic Trust and MAAN Organization, we had organized a special day for our orphans in northern Syria—children who have lived through years of war and carry wounds that are not always visible. This event was created not just for fun, but to offer the emotional support and sense of dignity every child needs.

Community activists and caregivers worked closely with the children to help rebuild their confidence, strengthen their well-being, and give them moments of safety and joy that their daily lives rarely provide. Nearly 100 orphans participated.

One of the most touching moments was taking them to a restaurant. For many of them, it was the first time in their lives to sit at a restaurant table, order a meal, and feel truly cared for. A simple experience for others, but a powerful message for these children: you matter.

At the end of the day, the children received gifts, and monthly sponsorship allowances were delivered to 101 orphans—support that helps cover their essential needs and reminds them that people around the world stand with them.

This gathering was more than a party. It was a step toward healing—showing children affected by war that they are not forgotten, and that their community stands beside them with love, support, and hope.
